Sunshine Card

• Every purchase of RM1 = 1 Reward Point.
• Reward Points shall not be awarded for purchase(s) made at Tenant Counters, Sales & Marketing bulk purchases and purchase of Sunshine Gift Voucher and tagged No Points items.
• Points collected from purchases will be uploaded instantly and customer can check their purchase history via Sunshine apps.
• Point accumulation is strictly by presenting your e-card when making payment at the cashier counter.
• No manual point is allowed after completed transaction.
• Sunshine card reward points are not transferable, sellable or assignable to any other persons.
• Sunshine staffs are not allowed to collect points from transaction of others.

• Sunshine points redemption can be made via pay-by-point or via reward catalogue at Sunshine app.
• Points redemption made are irrevocable, cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
• Reward point redemption can be processed at any Sunshine cashier counter.

* Sunshine reserves the right to adjust the Sunshine Card reward points required for the redemption without prior notice. 

• Members can update their personal details at the Sunshine apps
• Members are required to update their latest personal mobile number via the Sunshine apps in case there is a need for us to contact you shall there is any misconduct, fraud or any mismanage of personal details.

• Members shall be awarded with RM1 to 1 point except for no point items, Sunshine Gift Voucher, purchase(s) at Tenant Counter and Sales & Marketing bulk purchase.
• Members are entitled for a RM5 Supermarket voucher and a RM10 departmental store voucher made available via Sunshien apps during their birthday month.
• Members shall be entitled for members price for selected items.
• Members are entitled to claim their Sunshine reward points at the rate of 250 points = RM1.
